First, I have to say that the other Ryan homeowner blogs have been a huge help. I wanted to wait until we had made some headway before starting our own.
We are just over five weeks into the process and looking forward to breaking ground within the next two weeks. Our timeline so far:
- 09/13 - Signed contract
- 09/17 - Met with NVR
- 09/22 - Flooring selections
- 09/25 - Guardian appointment
- 10/17 - Loan approval
- 10/22 - Preconstruction meeting
